Add a dedicated dirsrv user and group.
Use FreeBSD-compatible paths for runtime files, databases, backups,
LDIF files, and logs. Create the persistent database and log parent
directories with suitable permissions.

handling for LDAPI SASL EXTERNAL authentication.
