Multiple ports defines devel/cmake as build and/or run-time dependency which is incorrect as it waschanged to a meta-port back in 2022. Remove definitions and Use the USES= cmake helper, due to limitations of the ports framework run also requires indirect to be defined if another build system than CMake is used.
