This port is now broken again. Bumped PORTREVISION and
marked it as BROKEN.

- Fixed bug affecting scoping in blocks.
- Added a special test for the test harness to catch this sort of thing
in the future.
- Fixed problem with classloading causing bsh extensions not to be found
in some environments.
