New port net/opal based on net/openh323

OPAL is the "next generation" of OpenH323 that has a new architecture. The new port is based on net/openh323 (same author, port Makefiles very similar), so could you please: 1) make a repocopy from openh323 to opal 2) apply the patch in opal, note that old patch files are removed, and a new patch file is provided PR: ports/95320 Submitted by: Jean-Baptiste Quenot
