Bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
Fix the build errors in the few ports that still use the long deprecated,
and now obsoleted, cURL options.

Platform-independent tool for Authenticode signing of EXE/CAB files - uses
OpenSSL and libcurl. It also supports timestamping.
