While here cleanup RUN_DEPENDS=BUILD_DEPENDS antipattern:
Section 5.10.2 of the Porter's handbook states that setting
RUN_DEPENDS=${BUILD_DEPENDS} directly is an antipattern and gives
guidance on how to avoid it.
