sysutils/dsbmd: update to 1.10

* The fuse daemon to mount MTP devices has been changed to sysutils/fusefs-jmtpfs
(Entry added in UPDATING)
* The environment variables DSBMD_USB_UNIT and DSBMD_USB_ADDR has been added which
can be used by commands in dsbmd.conf
