archivers/peazip: Make less broken, then mark BROKEN
This port stopped building when FPC was updated to 3.0.0. After fixing the
units, it tries to build but fails with:
list_utils.pas(982,32) Error: (3069) Call by var for arg no. 1 has to match
exactly: Got "UTF8String" expected "AnsiString"
Trying the latest version 5.9.0 also fails.
