shells/wapsh - update, make fetchable, take maintainership

	- Upgrade to latest version (make fetchable again)
	- Add WWW line and more supported phones to pkg-descr
	- Single PLIST file addition
	- Replace rc.d script with new rc.subr-style
	- Install in more appropriate place
	- Take maintainership
