+FOX is a C++ GUI toolkit that is supposed to
+allow programmers to write a program once, and
+compile anywhere (or so the website says, it sounds
+like Java to me). FOX is a very flexible library,
+it has all sorts of functions and options, and is
+supposed to be fairly fast.
