* security/wpa_supplicant-devel: Enable WEP by defaultCy Schubert2022-07-032-8/+10
| | | | | | | | | As of hostap 2.10, WEP is disabled by default. This of course is not a bad thing but requires some planning and an announcment to remove WEP support by default. At some point this option will default to off, to coincide with the removal of WEP support from FreeBSD base. MFH: 2022Q3
* wpa_supplicant* hostapd*: Resolve secondary VAP association issueJ.R. Oldroyd2022-07-038-48/+390
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Association will fail on a secondary open unprotected VAP when the primary VAP is configured for WPA. Examples of secondary VAPs are, hotels, universities, and commodity routers' guest networks. A broadly similar bug was discussed on Red Hat's bugzilla affecting association to a D-Link DIR-842. This suggests that as IEs were added to the 802.11 protocol the old code was increasingly inadaquate to handle the additional IEs, not only a secondary VAP. This duplcates src commit 775611ea11db here in ports. PR: 264238 Reported by: Jaskie <jiangjun12321@gmail.com> "J.R. Oldroyd" <fbsd@opal.com> Submitted by: "J.R. Oldroyd" <fbsd@opal.com> MFH: 2022Q3
* astro/astrometry: Put python into versioned dirRainer Hurling2022-07-032-68/+99
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The Python files and libraries were incorrectly installed under lib/python instead of lib/python3.x and were therefore not version specific. This was corrected by using PYTHON_LIBDIR. While here, doing some more corrections: - Use PY_BASE_INSTALL_DIR for PYTHON_LIBDIR - Move DATA_INSTALL_DIR into MAKE_ENV - Strip bin and lib files - Remove PORTDOCS and PORTEXAMPLES entries - Pet portclippy - Update pkg-plist - Bump PORTREVISION MFH: 2022Q3

* net-mgmt/py-pypowerwall: new portRyan Steinmetz2022-07-034-0/+51
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This python module can be used to monitor and control Tesla Energy Powerwalls. It uses a single class (Powerwall) and simple functions to fetch energy data and poll API endpoints on the Gateway. pyPowerwall will cache the authentication headers and API call responses to help reduce the number of calls made to the Gateway (useful if you are polling the Powerwall frequently for trending data). * Works with Tesla Energy Gateways - Powerwall and Powerwall+ * Simple access through easy to use functions using customer credentials * Will cache authentication to reduce load on Powerwall Gateway * Will cache responses to limit number of calls to Powerwall Gateway * Easy access to decoded binary device vitals * Provides solar string data for Powerwall+ systems WWW: https://github.com/jasonacox/pypowerwall
