| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | - Repocopy textproc/py-sphinx to textproc/py-sphinx18 Update it to 1.8.5 (latest version from 1.8.X). This version supports Python 2 and 3. Add test target. - textproc/py-sphinx: Update to 3.0.2 Python 3 only (3.5+). Add test target. - Mk/Uses/python.mk: Add PY_SPHINX Shared macro to use with flavors and not break ports with USES=python (all versions). Python >=3.5 --> textproc/py-sphinx (v3.0.2) Python < 3.5 --> textproc/py-sphinx18 (v1.8.5) All ports that uses sphinx were changed to use the new variable ${PY_SPHINX} in the dependency line, exceptions: * Ports that fails to build with sphinx 3.0.2 because of code. They are pointing to textproc/py-sphinx18 directly. There aren't many ports. * Ports that doesn't know Python flavors. - Add several patches to fix Sphinx consumers The most common issues are related with pkg-plist, the output files from Sphinx changes between versions, keep this dynamically is the better approach. This will save time in future sphinx updates. PR: 245629 Exp-run by: antoine Notes: svn path=/head/; revision=534966

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | * Assign to Django 2.2 (current LTS release) as Django 1.11 is End-of-Life. * Make port concurrent safe as it installs files outside Python's site-lib directory. * Separate USES block from non-relevant variables and pet portlint (whitespace issues in pkg-plist) * Also remove an obsolete patch that was required to fix build issues with the documentation files. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | * Repo-Copy the Pillow 6.2.2 release to graphics/py-pillow6 to retain backwards compatibility for Python 2 consumers as the Pillow 7.0.0 release dropped the support for Python 2. * Apply conditional statements to use either Pillow 7.x or Pillow 6.x for consumers that can be built for Python 2 or newer. * Exceptions are ports that can be built only for either Python 2 or Python 3. For the first case, consumers are just assigned to the repo-copied graphics/py-pillow6. * Also remove Pillow from BUILD_DEPENDS of math/py-PyWavelets as it is not listed in setup.py as a build dependency [1] and relax the version requirements of Pillow for www/py-wagtail. Release Notes: * https://pillow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/releasenotes/index.html Backward Incompatible Changes (7.0.0): * https://pillow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/releasenotes/7.0.0.html#backwards-incompatible-changes Detailed Changelog: * https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/blob/7.0.0/CHANGES.rst PR: 243665 Submitted by: sunpoet (patch for 7.0.0 and repo-copied version) Reviewed by: koobs [1], sunpoet Approved by: koobs (maintainer) Differential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D23713 Notes: svn path=/head/; revision=526962

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | * Add PKGNAMESUFFIX and rename the directory. This was done to show that IM6 is not the "main" version. But still fully supported by upstream. * Convert a number of options to optionhelpers. * Add option for ISO/IEC 23008-12:2017 HEIF suport * Add comment to pkg-descr explaining IM6's "legacy" tag. * Add comment to the patch-config_policy.xml file why it still needed. Please note that IM7 is not a drop in replacement due to library API and command arguments changes. And as a result ports need to decide for themself which version to use. Chase these changes in all the ports that using IM6. * Convert Python ports to FLAVORS.Mathieu Arnold2017-11-301-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Ports using USE_PYTHON=distutils are now flavored. They will automatically get flavors (py27, py34, py35, py36) depending on what versions they support. There is also a USE_PYTHON=flavors for ports that do not use distutils but need FLAVORS to be set. A USE_PYTHON=noflavors can be set if using distutils but flavors are not wanted. A new USE_PYTHON=optsuffix that will add PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX has been added to cope with Python ports that did not have the Python PKGNAMEPREFIX but are flavored. USES=python now also exports a PY_FLAVOR variable that contains the current python flavor. It can be used in dependency lines when the port itself is not python flavored. For example, deskutils/calibre. By default, all the flavors are generated. To only generate flavors for the versions in PYTHON2_DEFAULT and PYTHON3_DEFAULT, define BUILD_DEFAULT_PYTHON_FLAVORS in your make.conf. In all the ports with Python dependencies, the *_DEPENDS entries MUST end with the flavor so that the framework knows which to build/use. This is done by appending '@${PY_FLAVOR}' after the origin (or @${FLAVOR} if in a Python module with Python flavors, as the content will be the same). For example: RUN_DEPENDS= ${PYTHON_PKGNAMEPREFIX}six>0:devel/py-six@${PY_FLAVOR} PR: 223071 Reviewed by: portmgr, python Sponsored by: Absolight Differential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D12464 Notes: svn path=/head/; revision=455210

* Remove UNIQUENAME and LATEST_LINK.Mathieu Arnold2015-08-171-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | UNIQUENAME was never unique, it was only used by USE_LDCONFIG and now, we won't have conflicts there. Use PKGBASE instead of LATEST_LINK in PKGLATESTFILE, the *only* consumer is pkg-devel, and it works just fine without LATEST_LINK as pkg-devel has the correct PKGNAME anyway. Now that UNIQUENAME is gone, OPTIONSFILE is too. (it's been called OPTIONS_FILE now.)
