Both ports where exclusively created by repocopy to fulfil games/fwp's
dependencies. Since games/fwp got deleted, there is no need for both
ports to stay in our portstree

This is the pano13 library, part of the Panorama Tools by Helmut
Dersch of the University of Applied Sciences Furtwangen.
The panorama tools are mainly used to build panoramic images from a set of
overlapping images. The usability extends beyond "just" building panoramas by
far though. You can, for instance, use them to render an average of multiple
images to broaden the dynamic range of the images or average out noise. You
can also build object movies with them, morph between images and much more.

perl unconditonally, or conditionally. To be able to conditionalize the
inclusion of bsd.perl.mk, they now need to be defined before the inclusion
of bsd.port.pre.mk.

with the new INSTALL_KLD command.
All PORTREVISIONS have been bumped to show when the new version of
installing became available.

IlmThread, Imath and Iex.
These libraries was separated from OpenEXR. So I'll make OpenEXR depend
on this port.

- Respect NOPORTDOCS
- Use PORTDOCS and clean up a bit pkg-plist
- s/dirrm/dirrmtry/ to Themes, Pixmaps and Icons since x11-wm/windowmaker
installs files in these dirs
- Bump PORTREVISION because of pkg-plist change

never dependencies before, so official packages never contained the
support, but if a local system had them installed, ImageMagick would try
to use them -- and sometimes fail.
Also add a patch, that modifies the module-searching algorithm from
/always/ checking the compiled-in constant path, to only checking it, if
an environment variable is not set. This fixes a problem with testing,
where a module installed by an earlier version of the software could be
used by the newly built version, that's being tested.
This port has too many options -- perhaps, support for the most common
things (like PNG, JPEG, and GIF) should be permanent...

it goes into a frenzy consuming all available memory before actually
reporting an error and exiting.
Try to reduce the impact of this cascading failure by running the tests
under a limit of 20m of memory. In "good" builds that seems to be enough.
