Included in this PR is reload support requested by ports/126476 in addition to a
change in the location of the PID file. I have however opted to move this file to
NAGIOSDIR to reduce the number of directories created by all Nagios related ports.

From CHANGES:
* added strict to both wrappers and fixed some followup errors -- tobi
* kill taint error in Smokeping.pm -- tobi
* better master/slave secrets documentation -- tobi
* do not load :sys_wait_h from POSIX perl module since this seems to
be missing in some linux distros and we can do alright without.

Note:
Included are updated suggestions from ports/128226. The correction to the ping
command has been extended into the online documentation and the -U option
removed as it's not supported. Also, the default for time_change_threshold is
set to that in include/nagios.h.

database. It can poll many different SNMP sources in an efficient manner.
It has no large external dependencies, and its configuration is stored in text
files. It has full support for MIB definition files and using textual MIBs
instead of numerical OIDs.
A nice feature is the querying of SNMP tables without using a specific index.
Indexes of the rows in an SNMP table may change from time to time, and are less
than ideal for long term tracking of a given value. For example RRDBot can
query the traffic on your router based on the 'xl0' interface name.
RRDBot also contains tools to simplify the creation of RRD files, and the
various archives contained in them.

and/or portupgrade packages to be installed on your FreeBSD system.
With these packages installed, the plugin will scan your system for
either vulnerable packages, or obsolete packages - and display
appropriate warnings to Nagios.
Portaudit can also be successfully run remotely from nrpe, and does
not require superuser privileges to operate.

* Undefined Variable When SNMP=NONE:
Fixes an PHP undefined variable error from occurring when SNMP is set
the 'none' for a device.
* Patch to Correct for a Uninitialized Settings Array When Using Superlinks
Plugin:
When certain Cacti Plugins, such as Superlinks are used, the httpd
error log can become overrun with reset() and each() array warnings.
This patch will eliminate those errors.

Specifically, newer autoconf (> 2.13) has different semantic of the
configure target. In short, one should use --build=CONFIGURE_TARGET
instead of CONFIGURE_TARGET directly. Otherwise, you will get a warning
and the old semantic may be removed in later autoconf releases.
To workaround this issue, many ports hack the CONFIGURE_TARGET variable
so that it contains the ``--build='' prefix.
To solve this issue, under the fact that some ports still have
configure script generated by the old autoconf, we use runtime detection
in the do-configure target so that the proper argument can be used.
Changes to Mk/*:
- Add runtime detection magic in bsd.port.mk
- Remove CONFIGURE_TARGET hack in various bsd.*.mk
- USE_GNOME=gnometarget is now an no-op
Changes to individual ports, other than removing the CONFIGURE_TARGET hack:
= pkg-plist changed (due to the ugly CONFIGURE_TARGET prefix in * executables)
- comms/gnuradio
- science/abinit
- science/elmer-fem
- science/elmer-matc
- science/elmer-meshgen2d
- science/elmerfront
- science/elmerpost
= use x86_64 as ARCH
- devel/g-wrap
= other changes
- print/magicfilter
GNU_CONFIGURE -> HAS_CONFIGURE since it's not generated by autoconf
