* Remove WWW entries moved into port MakefilesStefan Eßer2022-09-071-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on WWW: lines in pkg-descr files. This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these pkg-descr files. Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)
* Add WWW entries to port MakefilesStefan Eßer2022-09-071-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources. Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the port specific URL to further information. There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time. This commit implements such a proposal and moves one of the WWW: entries of each pkg-descr file into the respective port's Makefile. A heuristic attempts to identify the most relevant URL in case there is more than one WWW: entry in some pkg-descr file. URLs that are not moved into the Makefile are prefixed with "See also:" instead of "WWW:" in the pkg-descr files in order to preserve them. There are 1256 ports that had no WWW: entries in pkg-descr files. These ports will not be touched in this commit. The portlint port has been adjusted to expect a WWW entry in each port Makefile, and to flag any remaining "WWW:" lines in pkg-descr files as deprecated. Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | everything at once. Sometime, rename post-install into a options helper target. I did not fix ports that were such a mess that I could not figure out what they really wanted to do. I also did not change ports that had some version of an auto-plist code in post-install, for the same reason. With hat: portmgr Sponsored by: Absolight Notes: svn path=/head/; revision=418767
* Make print/ghostscript9-agpl-base the default Ghostscript port. UpstreamTijl Coosemans2016-03-241-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | changed the license to the AGPL 3 in version 9.07 so print/ghostscript9-base is stuck at 9.06 which is almost 4 years old now. Fix the logic in Uses/ghostscript.mk so "agpl" is treated as a real version on its own instead of as a variant of other versions. Fix print/ghostscript9-agpl-base to install eps2write. Update math/asymptote to 2.37 to support newer Ghostscript. PR: 208159 Exp-run by: antoine Approved by: portmgr (antoine) Notes: svn path=/head/; revision=411798

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | * print/ghostscript{7,8,9,9-agpl}-base Installs Ghostscript binary, libgs, and related files. These ports do not depend on X11 libraries (i.e. x11* devices are not available). USES=ghostscript will set dependency on one of them depending on GHOSTSCRIPT_DEFAULT. The default device is set to "display" or "bbox". * print/ghostscript{7,8,9,9-agpl}-x11 Installs a shared library which provides X11 support to the installed Ghostscript binaries. x11* devices will be enabled when the library is available. This depends on *-base (RUN_DEPENDS). USES=ghostscript:x11 will set dependency on one of them. - Fix integer overflow reported as CVE-2015-3228. - Update Uses/ghostscript.mk: * Add x11 keyword. nox11 keyword is now obsolete. * Use packagename in *_DEPENDS line to prevent relationship between -base and -x11 packages from being broken. - Fix x11/nox11 keyword and bump PORTREVISION in ports using USES=ghostscript to update dependency of pre-compiled packages.
