Some of the parts of tcllib already come with man pages,
	which  are  properly  installed.  Some  others  --  with
	plain-text/HTML pages  which are  installed next  to the
	corresponding TCL code. This  is how the Scriptics/Ajuba
	developers intended it to happen, apparently...
