For the port to work properly you must copy the file
%%PREFIX%%/%%SQUIRRELDIR%%/plugins/quota_usage/config.php.sample
to
%%PREFIX%%/%%SQUIRRELDIR%%/plugins/quota_usage/config.php
and edit the configuration to meet your needs.
