victorops-nagios requires that ca_root_nss be built with the option

  ETCSYMLINK    Add symlink to /etc/ssl/cert.pem

enabled. With out that option, wget will complain that VictorOps'
GoDaddy SSL certificate is a self-signed certificate, which will
prevent VictorOps from working.
