To configure nicmond, do the following:

1. Edit ${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d/nicmond.sh and set "if" to the
name of the interface you want to monitor.

2. Edit ${PREFIX}/etc/nicmond.conf and configure "up"
and "down" actions.
