If you use on *Emacs*, you can make use of SmartDoc mode by installing
sdoc-mode.el and sdoc-helper.el (these elisps are in etc subdirectory in
the sorce archive) to respective *Emacs* site-lisp directory:

    Emacs*   --> ${PREFIX}/share/emacs/site-lisp
    Mule     --> ${PREFIX}/share/mule/site-lisp
    XEmacs*  --> ${PREFIX}/lib/xemacs/site-lisp
