This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Also generallize the yp_dbwrite functions a little: allow the caller
to specify certain flags. I need this mostly for some changes to
rpc.yppasswdd to allow in-place updates.

Also change Makefile a little to use the same format as ypserv.
