Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

on the i386 architecture.  Since the original implementation has been done
on a FreeBSD 4.1 machine, and both files are identical to -current, i feel
save to MFC it rather quickly.
