Order the str*.c files mostly alphabetical.

Import the strndup(3) function.

MFC r185777:
Add strndup(3) prototype to string.h. Manually change
#undef HAVE_STRNDUP to #define HAVE_STRNDUP 1 for the configure.h
files that need it.

Change default operating system for upcoming release.  Add release names
not in contrib/groff/tmac/doc-common yet.

Differentiate between interrupt frames, trap interrupt frames and timer
frame in the kgdb, to allow it to properly backtrace over the interrupt
stacks.
