to fix the "-nostdinc WARNS=X" breakage caused by broken prototypes
for cabs() and cabsl() in &lt;math.h&gt;.

Reimplemented cabs() and cabsl() using new complex numbers types and
moved prototypes from &lt;math.h&gt; to &lt;complex.h&gt;.
