RELENG_4 snapshots on their fast 5.0-CURRENT machines. Here is the RELENG_4 portion of the patch that makes it possible; it has been verified to be almost no-op for 4.x doing a RELENG_4 snapshot. The HEAD portion of the patch is to make newfs(8) create 1 cylinder group for the 1.44MB floppy, like is the case in 4.x, that is currently being discussed in -current. Approved by: re
