RELENG_5 including:
- make package-split target and changes to iso.1 and cdrom.* targets.
- Replace print-cdrom-packages.sh with package-split.py and add
  package-trees.sh.
- Merge livefs onto disc1 unless SEPARATE_LIVEFS is set in which case it
  is put on livefs.iso instead.
- Add /stand symlink to livefs to fix fixit.profile.
- Sync release(7).
- Remove drivers.conf(5).
