This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 4.6.2-RELEASE image.
Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

getpid, getuid, getgid and pipe, since they bootstrapped from
OSF/1 and never cleaned up.  Switch to the native syscalls
on alpha so that the above functions work.

Maintain forward compatibility on the -stable branch by
not doing an MFC of the machine dependent MINSIGSTKSZ.
This guarantees that binaries compiled on systems that
include this MFC will run on older systems.
