Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

Sync with NetBSD's version, dropping all the 'ltd', 'corp', etc.
Add some missing usb vendors.
Update comments and product ideas so that they're the same as
NetBSD's defintions.
