Other fixes have brought that number down from 30 minutes, so I don't feel too bad about it. Some older versions of the Prism cards have issues that make them unable to respond in 500ms for some commands. Current has a more extensive fix that only penalizes the old firmware, but this is a more conservative change more appropriate to a frozen branch.
