r314651:

sys/modules: normalize .CURDIR-relative paths to SRCTOP

This simplifies make output/logic

Tested with:	`cd sys/modules; make ALL_MODULES=` on amd64

r318439:

Normalize .PATH on SRCTOP

This will help Jenkins dedupe 9 warnings between the static build and
the module build of ipsec(4).

Missed in SRCTOP conversion in r314651.

MFC with:	r314651

r318440:

Normalize SYSDIR on SRCTOP instead of .CURDIR

This is being done to simplify pathing for CFLAGS and source files.

This means that the kernel can be totally self contained now and is not
dependent on the last buildworld to update /usr/share/mk. This might
also make it easier to build 5.x kernels on 4.0 boxes etc, assuming
gensetdefs and config(8) are updated.

- Split terminal emulation code from the main part of the driver so
that we can have alternative terminal emulator modules if we like in
the future. (We are not quite there yet, though.)

- Put sysmouse related code in a separate file, thus, simplifying the
main part of the driver.

As some files are added to the source tree, you need to run config(8)
before you compile a new kernel next time.

You shouldn't see any functional change by this commit; this is only
internal code reorganization.
