option name and paramaters they apply to and there was a mix of
formatting methods and styles.

I'm not sure that the description of "nfs_retransmit_counter" is
correct, but it does now at least match what's in -STABLE.

Avoid using parenthesis enclosure macros (.Pq and .Po/.Pc) with plain text.
Not only this slows down the mdoc(7) processing significantly, but it also
has an undesired (in this case) effect of disabling hyphenation within the
entire enclosed block.
