'RELENG_4_9_0_RELEASE'. This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 4.9-RELEASE image. Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

Install sys//include/pc/*.h to /usr/include/machine/pc/. Install sys/netatm/*/*.h to /usr/include/netatm/*/. Don't install compatibility symlinks for and . Don't install IPFILTER headers.
