Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

EGCS 1.x have not been worked out.  And with 4.0 RELEASE comming quickly
we need C++ to be stable and usable.

aren't needed as those files aren't part of libstdc++ any longer.  Another
isn't needed as Cygnus doesn't compile with -frtti.

Noticed by:	bde &amp; my initial mispelling of ".So".
