It was creating ${.OBJDIR}/${MACHINE}/usr/include/dev -&gt; .../sys/dev
and mkioctls would descend that and saw *all* of src/sys/dev/*/*.h,
not just dev/usb/*.h.  It then choked on the dpt includes.
