It wasn't. The commit message was thus wrong. In addition it broke arm, and merged crypto related code. Revert with prejudice. This revert skips files touched in r316370 since that commit was since MFCed. This revert also skips files that require $FreeBSD$ property changes. It could be very well that Solaris did strip the '_t' from xdr_u_int32_t, but Solaris has a xdr_u_int32 function, we don't have this. So all of this defines will lead to an unresolved symbol. This explains why we do not use these functions in FreeBSD while they are used in Illumos/Solaris.
