This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 2.2.7-RELEASE image.
Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

depended on this misfeature has already been synced with -current.
Syncing was easy because nothing really depended on it.  Also merged
some tiny xref and standards changes in the man page).
