opt_compat.h is mentioned in nearly 180 files. In-progress network
driver compabibility improvements may add over 100 more so this is
closer to "just about everywhere" than "only some files" per the
guidance in sys/conf/options.

Keep COMPAT_LINUX32 in opt_compat.h as it is confined to a subset of
sys/compat/linux/*.c. A fake _COMPAT_LINUX option ensure opt_compat.h
is created on all architectures.

Move COMPAT_LINUXKPI to opt_dontuse.h as it is only used to control the
set of compiled files.

CWARNFALGS.$file centrally so we don't have to have it in all the
places. Remove a few warning flags that are no longer needed.
Also, always use -Wno-unknown-pragma to (hopefully temporarily) work
around #pragma ident in debug.h in the opensolaris code. Remove some
stale warning suppression that's no longer necessary.

<title>Bring in the LSI-supported version of the mps(4) driver.</title>

This involves significant changes to the mps(4) driver, but is not a
complete rewrite.

Some of the changes in this version of the driver:
 - Integrated RAID (IR) support.
 - Support for WarpDrive controllers.
 - Support for SCSI protection information (EEDP).
 - Support for TLR (Transport Level Retries), needed for tape drives.
 - Improved error recovery code.
 - ioctl interface compatible with LSI utilities.

mps.4: Update the mps(4) driver man page somewhat for the driver
changes. The list of supported hardware still needs to be
updated to reflect the full list of supported cards.

conf/files:	Add the new driver files.

mps/mpi/*:	Updated version of the MPI header files, with a BSD style
		copyright.

mps/*: See above for a description of the new driver features.

modules/mps/Makefile:
Add the new mps(4) driver files.
