'RELENG_4_6_2_RELEASE'. This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 4.6.2-RELEASE image. Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

Remove a whole bunch of "CFLAGS+= -DFSNAME" cruft. It hasn't been

needed for ages, but keeps getting cut/pasted into new Makefiles. (Once apon a time it was used to activate mount arguments in , but that was killed with extreme prejudice long ago)

Bring these more into line with other modules that have .h files generated

Removed special rules for building and cleaning device interface files

and empty options files. The rules are now generated automatically in bsd.kmod.mk. Cleaned up related things ($S and ${CLEANFILES}).
