This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been insane otherwise.

When you ask pr to use form feeds at the end of pages and specify a page length and tell pr to not put the fancy headers and footers on each pages, then pr will not separate the pages with a form feed. Closes PR: bin/1237 Submitted by: Warner Losh
