Subject: Correctly use .Fn instead of .Nm to reference function names in a
 bunch of man pages.

Use the correct .Bx  (BSD UNIX) or .At (AT&T UNIX) macros
instead of explicitly specifying the version in the text
in a bunch of man pages.
