We decommissioned our Frankfurt mirror site today. The UK mirror is
still powered on but we have not been sending traffic there for nearly
two years. It will be powered off soon.
Thanks to Equinix and Bytemark for supporting these mirrors for so long.

"path:" parameter in the front matter was not documented and it has been
deprecated in gohugo 0.144.0.
Create a custom parameter with the same name in preparation for the upcoming

In Chicago, Illinois, there are now two sites:
- New York Internet / https://www.nyi.net/
- Your.Org / https://your.org/
Thank you to both companies for your generous sponsorship. Your support
is greatly appreciated.
Additionally, there is a new service hosted on most of the mirrors,
which is our web frontend for Git, https://cgit.freebsd.org/.

Summary: Add the anchor text to the crossref macro
Test Plan:
Apply patch and build the documentation
A follow-up change will make the crossref macro fail if no description
is used.

Use the crossref: macro for intra-file and intra-book links.
This will produce the correct link in Single HTML, Splitted HTML and PDF.
Rework the macro to include the PDF special render.
While here, briefly document macros.

The link description would tell people to use git instead of git for
updating ports. Remove that cross reference as suggested in the PR. Note
that freebsd-update is eventually going away as well, but keep it here
for now and remove it in a separate change in the future.
Refrain from mentioning other third party tools in this section for keeping
consistency with the rest of the handbook.

Although we are still generating portsnap deltas it is no longer the
recommended methods and git should be promoted. So remove references to
portsnap. Additionally
- Remove training whitespace
- Remove trailing consecutive blank lines
By no means this is an indication that portsnap is going to be removed
from the base or that portmgr@ is going to stop producing deltas. This
is just to demote the usages of portsnap and promote git.

The aliases tags are valid YAML, but the po4a tool is not prepared to
identify them.
This change works around the issue until we have a proper fix on po4a.
These aliases tags were introduced recently to improve SEO in the
Handbook.

This helps the Weblate translation workflow and offline translations
through .po files, it's important to update these files constantly.
The goal here is to have a semi-automated translation workflow; Weblate
will pull updates automatically from the main repository and commit
translations to another repository.
Doc committers are encouraged to update the source .po files whenever
there are updates in the English documentation part.
$ ./tools/update_translate_template.sh documentation
Anyway, I'll keep doing this periodically.

Remove stuff that's developer-only - write Git access belongs
to Committer's Handbook, normal users don't care. Also remove stuff
that's redundant, like two examples for 'git pull', and confusing,
like the ssh URL expansion/substutution explanation. Move SSH
keys lower down; there are already SSHFP records for them. Tweak
wording.
