sysutils/s6: update to 2.1.6.0
- s6-svscan-log/run.sample: Switch deprecated -t option to log script flag t
- rc.d/s6: Send SIGHUP to catch-all logger instead of SIGKILL
- s6-notifywhenup is deprecated, see UPDATING@20150815
- Group DOCS and OPTIONS_DEFINE=DOCS
