Convert code in bsd.port.mk for USE_GHOSTSCRIPT* to USES=ghostscript.
Add GHOSTSCRIPT_DEFAULT to bsd.default-versions.mk for easy version selection.
Arguments supported: <empty>, build, run, nox11 and agpl
