Drop the --with-cacert configure option, which does nothing at all.
OpenNTPD always loads the root CA file from the path returned by
tls_default_ca_cert_file(), i.e., /etc/ssl/cert.pem.

In 2020 Ignacio had modified the API with NVTT upstream commit adce1a00
which must have been cleanup, but was more than that. Particularly, it
shuffled things around DirectDrawSurface class, and thus had broken the
port's build. While here, remove all bundled 3rd-party code to prevent
accidental use thereof.

The openresty patches work for luajit-devel, though redis is still
broken with luajit enabled.

|

The LUAJIT option is marked broken in all these ports, so no PORTREVISION bump.

Ports were switched to devel/py-ipykernel5 on 2020-05-07
because devel/py-ipykernel has expired at the time.
Currently main consumers of devel/py-ipykernel - Jupyter and
Spyder - work fine with devel/py-ipykernel.
There is no reason to use an outdated devel/py-ipykernel5 everywhere.

Save an invocation of id(1) by using the built-in .MAKE.UID variable
instead. Check availability of .MAKE.UID first, since older versions
of bmake (12.x) don't have it yet.
