While here:
- remove patch about auto-update function
This patch makes no sense since no update service is provided for
FreeBSD.
- remove patch about performance measurement
The script for performance measurement requires @vscode/vscode-perf,
which in turn requires playwright which does not support FreeBSD. So
patching the script does not make sense.
- add patch for @vscode/deviceid to support FreeBSD
