The kde.mk framework automatically does DOCS for KDE ports --
but not all of them have documentation, so then you get a
weird situation of OPTIONS_DEFINE=DOCS in a port that has
no documentation (e.g. sysutils/baloo-widgets) where the
option has no effect at all.
Massage the machinery a little so that the bogus option can
be dropped; KDE ports with no docs should not define a DOCS
option any more.

Samurai is a Ninja-compatible build tool with fewer dependencies
than Ninja. Hook it to the framework via a new NINJA_DEFAULT.
This also adds %p to NINJA_STATUS to make Ninja or Samurai print
the percentage of completed jobs to make it easier to eyeball how
much of the build is done.

No revision bump tool that we have cleans them up or deals with
them, so we end up with duplicated lines. Instead of implementing
that just clean up the 51 ports that do this.
PORTREVISION and PORTEPOCH can be set to 0 explicitly instead if
you need a reminder or placeholder.

- wlroots >= 0.14 is libseat-only per https://github.com/swaywm/wlroots/commit/7f0908546149
- WLR_SESSION currently defaults to libseat even if CONSOLEKIT is enabled
- mutter and plasma5-kwin if ever ported to libseat may want to use ConsoleKit2
- Enable BASU by default as the dependency is already pulled by sway and mako
|
|
|
|
|
|
| |
- Removed upstream in https://github.com/swaywm/wlroots/commit/d037c2dddc0f
- Lacks XDG_SESSION_TYPE unlike https://github.com/swaywm/wlroots/commit/90c845295947
- SUID in consumers is now handled by `builtin` backend in libseat

on FreeBSD 11 are using an earlier version of them. Basic tests were ok

* Since Python 3.8.7 (and also 3.9.2), .so files get an extension, e.g.
".cpython-38.so" if built with Python 3.8.
* Also fix testport stage QA pkg-plist issues and omit PORTREVISION
bump as the content of the package doesn't change.

As reported by tobik@, this port should be using HAS_CONFIGURE instead
of GNU_CONFIGURE. Also, there is an official release tarball we can use.
This is a follow-up to 724bf7a5dc3421fc65234b2cb2597e6783241f69.

Conda, like pip and CRAN, is a popular system that allows non-root users to
install many binary software packages in their own directories. The system
includes a base "channel" (repository) as well as 3rd party community
channels, such as "bioconda". QC for community channels is generally below
that of the base channel and FreeBSD ports, but they provide users with a
convenient way to install software not yet available in FreeBSD ports.
Packages are available for Linux, MacOS, and Windows. Linux Conda packages
work about as well on FreeBSD as they do on CentOS, which is the basis of
FreeBSD's Linux compatibility tool set. However, Conda and its packages
require a complete Linux environment for full functionality.
Typical Conda users do not know how to configure this environment on FreeBSD.
Miniconda-installer ensures a proper environment for installing and using
Miniconda and the packages it provides.
